UMMC withdrew from the shareholders of JSC "Coal Company Kuzbassrazrezugol"

The Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company (UMMC) in December 2022 terminated the powers of the management organization in relation to JSC "Coal Company Kuzbassrazrezugol" and in July 2023 completely withdrew from the shareholders of the coal company. The General Director is the sole executive body of JSC " Coal Company Kuzbassrazrezugol."

Changes in the management structure of JSC "Coal Company Kuzbassrazrezugol" did not affect the current production activities of the company and its assets. All branches and affiliated affiliates (SDCs) continue to operate normally, ensuring continuity of the production process and fulfillment of all obligations to customers and partners.
